Appointments - Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment fee payments are payable upon booking.

2. Appointments may be rescheduled/cancelled via the booking system within 7 days of your appointment date. Changes made after this time will not be refunded. If however you do need to reschedule, you can email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. On arrival at Miss Bush you will receive a receipt for your payment that is a credit note for Miss Bush (Ripley) Ltd.

4. The receipt/credit note can be used as full or part payment for non-sale wedding dresses at Miss Bush (Ripley) Ltd, High Street, Ripley, Surrey, GU23 6AQ.

5.  No change or refunds will be given and receipt/credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Please treat your credit note/receipt as cash, as refunds cannot be given if your voucher is lost or stolen.

7. The credit note/receipt will expire after 6 months.

8. Credit notes/receipts will be subject to verification at the time of presentation and Miss Bush (Ripley) Ltd reserve the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, altered, damaged , defaced or otherwise tampered with.
