We're delighted to share Carolina and Carlo's glorious classic Italian wedding with you today, which took place in Summer at the stunning Castello di San Fabiano in Tuscany. The incredible 12th-century castle provided the most exquisite location for the Carolina and Carlo's three day celebration, which was filled with special moments amongst the vines, by the pool and against a backdrop of beautiful Italian countryside. The wedding day styling was timeless and romantic, with Italian lemons and classic white roses, along with magical twinkling fairylights.
Carolina wore Jesus Peiro's 2544 wedding dress, made from sleek crisp white satin. This contemporary dress features a chic v-neckline with delicate capped sleeves, which sit above a wide fitted waistband and full a-line skirt with glamorous front split. Carolina styled her look with simple classic pearl jewellery, with her sister's stunning lace veil as her something borrowed.

Jesus Peiro 2544 wedding dress
I loved the stiff satin-like material, with a small waist and full skirt. It made me feel like a real princess, but with a modern twist thanks to the slit down the middle and the neckline. It was also incredibly light, and the slit allowed for a breeze, which was perfect as it ended up being 30 degrees on the day.
I brought my mum, sister, and bridesmaids with me when I found the dress. It was the first dress I tried on, and everyone cried, including me. In fact, I went back three times to try it on and for fittings, and we cried every single time.
Dress Shopping at Miss Bush
I loved the chapel, the stained glass windows were beautiful, and the design felt traditional yet modern inside. The team there are so lovely and truly cared that I found the right dress for me. They didn’t mind that I brought an entourage of people and made sure we always had enough coffee or champagne. It was truly one of my favourite parts of the wedding process and I am just so sad I don't have a reason to return now I am married.
Styling
I kept it simple and classic, with pearl earrings, a pearl necklace, and satin twist shoes. My something borrowed was my sisters lace veil which brought tradition and family into the look
A classic Italian countryside wedding
We got married at Castello di San Fabiano, a beautiful 12th-century castle in the heart of Tuscany. It was a three-day celebration, starting with relaxed vineyard drinks, followed by the wedding day itself, and finishing with a pool party the next day.
The ceremony and reception were held outside, with the castle as our backdrop. We styled it to feel romantic and timeless, with fairy lights strung across the sky, single-stem white roses, and lemons woven throughout the décor as a nod to the Italian setting. The atmosphere was incredible, so full of love and emotion. The speeches were deeply personal and heartfelt, and the vodka shots definitely added to the energy and fun of the evening, showcasing two cultures, Polish and Italian, coming together.
It felt so special having all our favourite people together in such an intimate and magical setting, and you could truly feel the love and joy throughout the entire celebration.
Carolina's Advice
Don’t stress, it will go so fast and be over before you know it. Try to take in every moment, both on the wedding day and in the lead-up to it. Make each dress fitting a celebration by bringing friends and family with you; having them there makes the experience even more special and helps you truly savour it all.
