We're thrilled to share a gorgeous London wedding with you today, featuring Miss Bush bride Emma, who married Tom in May last year. The day began with a traditional church ceremony at Holy Trinity Brompton, London, followed by a relaxed, elegant celebration at London Rowing Club, Putney Embankment. Styling was classic but colourful, with the bridesmaids in vibrant green dresses along with bright and cheerful multicolored summer bouquets.
Emma wore Jesus Peiro's 2410 wedding dress - a classic silhouette from the brand featuring a full a-line skirt, nipped in at the waist with a wide cummerbund waistband, along with an open back halter neck with high collar, all made from white Regina satin. To style her look, Emma opted for chic but comfortable satin bow pumps from Rainbow Club, along with a romantic single tier veil.
Read on for more details about the day and Emma's dress shopping experience in her own words, with images by Phoebe White.
Jesus Peiro 2410 wedding dress
I loved it so much! The shape and the quality of the fabric. It made me feel so confident and on my wedding morning I was truly itching to put it on.
I brought my Mum dress shopping with me, who seemed to have the time of her life too!
Dress Shopping at Miss Bush
I loved my dress so so much - once I had found it, I honestly could not wait to wear it.
My visit to Miss Bush was my first experience of trying on wedding dresses. I was quite nervous beforehand but Ben was truly fantastic - he spent so much time with me.
Styling
I wore the Arabella shoes by Rainbow Club.
A relaxed Summer wedding at London Rowing Club
It was a day full of sunshine, love and joy.
The best bits
Drinking aperols in the sunshine overlooking the river, dancing a reel (the dress held up marvellously despite being flung around) with my husband (!) and brother, and the wedding service itself.
Emma's Advice
Go to Miss Bush! The most beautiful dresses.
