Our featured wedding today celebrates Izzy & Will, who were married at Mapperton Estate, a stunning Jacobean manor house and gardens in Dorset. Taking place in mid Summer, the day was filled with glorious sunshine and exquisite flowers against a back drop of picturesque English countryside. The bridesmaids wore matching gowns in soft cornflower blue, co-ordinating perfectly with the stunning blue hydrangeas featured in the floral displays and idyllic blue skies.
Izzy wore a custom Jesus Peiro wedding dress, incorporating the square neck bodice from 2430 with the A-line skirt from style 2403. To complete her look, Izzy added the Naomi top from Nortier at Miss Bush, featuring an exquisite lace overlay and full length sleeves with delicate scalloped lace edging. The finished look was perfect for the grand country house venue, and just beautiful on Izzy.

Jesus Peiro custom wedding dress and Naomi lace top from Nortier
I wore a Jesus Peiro dress with lace top. My mum Caroline and my MOH Eleanor were with my at the appointment - we all cried when I found the one!
To style my dress, I wore Stuart Weitzman Tully 50 slingback shoes, along with my mums diamond studs and my aunts necklace.
An elegant, magical wedding at Mapperton Estate in Dorset
We got married in Dorset at the Mapperton Estate. We live in London but have spent a lot of time in Dorset as both of my grandparents have lived down there for years. We had our legal ceremony with a registrar in their gardens outside of the Orangery with just our parents as witnesses. I wore a separate dress from Oddmuse that was more of a legal ceremony lowkey dress. Our guests then arrived to watch the main ceremony in the small chapel within the estate where I wore my main Jesus Peiro dress. My bridesmaids were my something blue and looked beautiful! The style I was going for was elevated English countryside wedding with personal touches. I absolutely adored my flowers - they were my favourite colours and were so beautiful. We were so lucky with the weather - it was bright blue skies. This was perfect as our reception drinks were outside in the gardens. We had a violinist playing and everyone mingled in the gardens - it was so special! We then moved up to the marquee - My mum and I had collected vintage glass vases for the tables in our marquee (for the wedding breakfast) as well as brass candlesticks. Pictures of our dog Herbie were the table numbers. My mum also made our napkins with different Liberty materials with our names sewn onto them - and our guests took these home as keepsakes.
