There is something truly magical about Daisy Sheldon's veils. These incredibly special pieces are created with so much love, talent and creativity, every one totally unique and personal to each bride. Daisy uses her skill and passion for the rare art of Cornely embroidery to design and finish each piece in her workshop in The Cotswolds.

"Embroidered by hand with diligent skill and mastery, preserving the beauty and intricacy that is lost in modern digital embroidery, no two veils are the same - and no one does veils quite like this…"

With the demand for personalised veils and other items rising (see Hayley Bieber's Till Death Do Us Part veil!) Emma wanted to add something similar to our offering here at The Chapel, and reached out to Daisy on Instagram. After lots of chats, we were delighted when Daisy said yes to working with us!

The options are endless...

We have 5 samples on display at Miss Bush, but the options really are endless. Popular choices include song lyrics, your initials or your wedding date, but head to Daisy's Instagram and you'll see all sorts of inspiration, from celestial moons and stars to bicycles, books and watering cans!

As you'll see from our gallery and in Emma's video, we opted for Stevie Wonder's 'signed, sealed, delivered, I'm yours' for our song lyrics sample, plus a wildflower design in pastel tones and two different monogram options. We also had a 'Miss Bush Special' created with a floral wreath to represent our floral doorway arch in our signature Miss Bush Yellow.

What would you have embroidered on yours?

Embroidered veils at Miss Bush

Due to the handmade, artisanal nature of these veils, and the fact that Daisy works on each one personally, there is a 6 week turnaround. We recommend putting your order in around 3 months prior to your wedding to allow plenty of time for the design process.

We advise that brides interested in wearing a veil choose a veil after deciding upon a dress and once your fitting process has started - this way we can match fabrics, colours and help you to choose the correct dimensions.

If you've already bought a dress from us, pop us an email to book a Styling Appointment, or if you're a new bride you can view the samples at your first visit.
