Autumn has arrived in Ripley, which heralds the arrival of our new collection of dresses from Suzanne Neville, in conjunction with the annual Suzanne Neville Designer Day.

This very special event features a full day of appointments with the designer herself, Suzanne Neville, in attendance at the chapel to work with us alongside our brides. This gives brides a wonderful opportunity to meet with Suzanne and try the dresses with her advice and input, as well as discuss ideas and amendments in person. As the new collection also arrives at this time, it gives brides the chance to be one of the very first brides in the country to try on and view the new wedding dresses.

The event took place on Friday 10th November, and we're delighted to share these wonderful images by Sophie Duckworth Photography.

2024 Symphony Collection by Suzanne Neville

Suzanne arrived with our 8 new dresses from the 2024 Symphony Collection, which are now available at the chapel. Favourites include the incredible ruched off the shoulder satin Degas dress, the statement-shouldered Verdi (2024's version of Amber!) and the exquisite top-to-toe lace gown Debussy. You can see the full selection of dresses here.

Autumnal styling

The brief for flowers was rustic autumnal and locally foraged with a luxurious and abundant feel. Charlotte from Frankie Lane Flowers delighted our visitors with a truly gorgeous display including stunning blush pink roses, dusky hydrangeas and creamy white gladioli alongside burnished ferns, rich jewelled berries and spiky teasel.

Carolanne Armstrong and Sharon Roberts added to the experience, offering brides and their guests mini beauty trials and hair styling advice.

Brides were served locally produced wine from Award Winning Surrey Vineyard, Greyfriars. They also went away with a stunning goody bag, including our custom The Chapel scented candle and treats from The Wedding Present Company.
