Glamorous modern vintage bridal shoot at Louisa Grace Interiors

Welcome to 2020! To fit with the new decade and with a nod to the 'roaring twenties' our first editorial of the year is this incredible 'Modern Vintage' bridal shoot we worked on with wedding planner Susie Evans last year. Inspired by the eclectic treasure filled location, Louisa Grace Interiors, the shoot was all about vintage sparkle, heirloom pieces and timeless glamour, with a backdrop of glittering antique light fittings and interesting textures.

Susie pulled together an incredible team for the shoot, with gorgeous photography from Hayley B Weddings, elegant but relaxed hair by Sharon Roberts Hair, glamorous make up by Tania Stephenson-Oliver, and rich opulent floral design by Mad Lilies. There was even a fab selection of vintage style cocktails from Tattam's Bar on display to set the mood, alongside a perfectly packaged 'prohibition' style gin from Surrey Hills distillery Hidden Curiosities.

For the fashion, we pulled together two very different, but equally glamorous bridal looks.

The first featured a full length slip dress by Eliza Jane Howell, with barely there chic spaghetti straps and top to toe beading for maximum sparkle. Miss Clemmie's celestial 'Constellation' hair pins provided the perfect finishing touch for this effortlessly elegant look.

The second look was a show stopping selection of carefully selected pieces, starting with a fabulous black jumpsuit from Suzanne Neville's red carpet collection. This was layered with an incredible couture cape from Jesus Peiro; a dramatic combination of feathers, tulle and hand-beading. For maximum impact, this was finished with a stunning antique silk top hat that we found hanging on display at Louisa Grace!

Both looks were completed with jewel encrusted shoes by Emmy London for an extra dose of vintage inspired glamour.
