As the UK’s oldest, and biggest, Jesus Peiro stockist, Miss Bush are pleased to be able to announce the Cala Collection launch party on the 8th August (now sold out!) and the annual Jesus Peiro Trunk Show.

This is the perfect opportunity for devotees of Jesus Peiro to see the widest collection of their wedding dresses and separates in the UK, confirm their order and take advantage of a very special offer.

In addition to the Miss Bush dresses and separates from the Cala Collection, the ‘carry-over’ dresses still held in The Chapel and pieces requested by individual brides, Jesus Peiro also supplement the offer by sending their ‘Trunk Show’ edit. This is an additional 13 dresses channelling ‘editorial looks,’ new trends and reworked favourites. This gives the Miss Bush team a chance to see if they missed a dress, offer more choice than there is ordinarily space for, and, brides have the chance to have the most in depth and immersive Jesus Peiro experience.

Jesus Peiro have always offered brides the chance to customise their own dress, blend styles, add and subtract details. They have always produced inspiring collections and found unique and fabulous fabrics. All of this they deliver with impeccable customer service, perfect provenance and modern, responsive delivery. No nine-month gestation period!

The one aspect, though, that separates a truly modern inclusive brand like Jesus Peiro from the rest of the pack is their made to measure service. It no longer seems acceptable to invest in a “nearest size and alterations” option when the option to have a precisely measured and engineered dress exists.

Dispel notions of not being able to find your size; whether you are petite, plus or pregnant, tiny, tall or top heavy the hugely experienced and highly technical partnership between Miss Bush and Jesus Peiro will deliver the most perfect fit.

Not only is there the sheer joy of finding you are not drowning in too much length, swimming in excess fabric and wondering what kind of wetsuit of corrective underwear is needed to make a dress ‘work’ there is a significant reduction in fitting time, waste and alterations.

The exhilaration of abandoning sizes, of postponing measurements until you have finished breast feeding, run that marathon or ‘got over Christmas’ offers brides a truly inclusive, female first option for their apparel.

Miss Bush are calling themselves experts in “Practical Nakedness.” Understanding form, anatomy and garment construction to deliver comfortable, stylish, modern clothes.

Free Made to Measure

The Jesus Peiro Made to Measure service is ordinarily 15% extra, order your dress during the Trunk Show period and this is free of charge.

This means a benefit of between £270 and £1350 based on the price range of £1800 to £8995

Q&A

What if I don’t have my shoes, bra, haven’t used my gym membership yet?

No need to worry. When you place your order, we file the details with Jesus Peiro for fabric allocation and production time and work on a personal programme of measuring and fitting timetables for you.

is it only the Cala Collection that is eligible for this offer?

No, any new Jesus Peiro order in August carries this offer

What if I don’t need or want made-to-measure?

Congratulations! You fall in to the 1.5% of women that we see that are a ‘standard’ size. The statistics of which create a classic oxymoron. Most brides will benefit from an element of made to measure, even if the changes are quite simple. A little extra length, a little ease on the hip, an extra nip at the waist…

Can I have a discount instead?

As most brides only order one dress, and all brides vary in size hugely, made to order dresses cannot be discounted. Discount/warehouse bridal shops usually sell liquidated stock. Reasonably priced bridal chain stores exercise more buying power and can order 1000s units of stock of generic dresses at much lower prices. Made to order wedding dresses are the equivalent to fair trade items. A transparent production process, ethical sourcing and more sustainable practises mean that excess dresses, destined only for landfill, don’t enter the market.

So all alterations are free?

Sadly not, our expert production teams do like a wage. The free of charge, made to measure option offers the possibility of creating tall, petite and plus options, mixed sizes and caters for the broad spectrum of women. It vastly improves fit and, should, reduce alterations to fine tuning. Perfect fit always needs a human eye. Personal preference dictates a tighter or looser fit, a greater or lesser range of movement. Also, the mystery 10lbs, the unexpected pregnancy, the last-minute shoe change and a myriad of other factors mean we need a standing staff of ‘petite mains’ to deliver brilliant fit. And let us not start on bustling…
